If you have kids like mine, than you know it can be challenging to find a flavor to mix into their water that is not full of artificial sweetners, artificial colors, sugar, and other chemicals.

It is so important for all of us to drink plenty of water. But I know that I am not a huge fan of plain water, and I know my kids are not either. There are some solutions out there that I have found.

Why We Need Water?

Your body is made up of approximately 60% water. Does that answer why water is essential to your diet. According to, If this percentage is reduced by 1 percent, your thirst response triggers. A 5-percent reduction causes decreased muscle strength, and a 20-percent reduction leads to death.

The fact is that your body needs water in order to function properly. It also has many benefits, for example, may aid in weight loss by helping you not feel as hungry. Often when you feel hungry, you are actually dehydrated, and if you just tried an 8 ounce glass of water, you may find the hunger pains disappear. You need water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to your organs and tissues. It also helps transport oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.

How Much Water Should You Drink?

Some experts believe you can estimate the amount of water you need by taking your weight in pounds and dividing that number in half. That gives you the number of ounces you may want to drink each day. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, you might want to drink at least 80 ounces of water or other fluids per day. Other factors include amount of physical activity and the climate where you are located.

Water is essential for human life — we can survive only a few days without it.

So back to the issue of not liking water. There are many options out there including squeezing a lemon in your water, or if you are like my kids you may want to try out a product by True Lemon. They have single serve lemonade and raspberry lemonade packets that contain organic cane sugar, stevia, and natural coloring from beet juice. This is a good alternative to the mix-ins containing aspartame, sucralose, and other artificial sweetners and colors which are harmful to your body. The True Lemon store also has a wide variety of other products and recipe ideas that are amazing. You may want to check them out here. I was so grateful to discover these products and my whole family enjoys them. It allows my kids and I to get the water we require without the water taste.

I just want to remind you that you always want to drink filtered water. And you can filter your own water at home for pennies on the dollar compared with buying bottled water which may or may not truly be filtered. Wishing you and yours natural and great health!

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation?
My website has a lot of unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it.

Thank you so much, a wonderful job!

I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option?
There are so many choices out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any suggestions? Thanks!
